The initial evaluation takes place in person at our office in Crown Point and lasts about 45 minutes. We’ll discuss your goals, past efforts, and medical history and devise a starting plan. After the consultation, you’ll need to complete lab testing at a lab of your choice and do a simple homework assignment, which we’ll review in your next appointment. 

After your lab results are ready, you’ll visit us to discuss the results and finalize medication choices based on your initial evaluation. We’ll also discuss nutrition, diet, exercise, and healthy habits, and you’ll receive meal and exercise plans via email. 

We offer medications like Topiramate, Metformin, Phentermine, Contrave, Mounjaro, Wegovy, Zepbound, Ozempic, Semaglutide, and Tirzepatide along with medical grade, evidence-based supplements available through a licensed healthcare provider.

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled more than 24 hours before the appointment time or you may be charged $40 no-show fee. Please do so to avoid a fee for the missed visit. Medication orders or refills may be withheld if your account has an outstanding balance.
